# gffutils

> gffutils是基于`splite3` database对注释信息进行存储，因此能实现非常快速的查询，相比于一些文本工具

## 1.创建GFF数据库

这个操作只需要进行一次就行，之后就可以直接使用这个数据库，包含的一些参数如下：

* `force=True` 覆盖已有的数据库
* `keep_order=True` 属性的顺序（ ID, Name, Parent, and so on ）
* `sort_attribute_values=True` 给属性的值排序

import gffutils
db = gffutils.create_db(filename, database_filename)
##导入配置好的数据库
db = gffutils.FeatureDB(database_filename)
```
